If you don't have any money, how will you pay for AdWords? In my opinion, buying a domain and some cheap hosting, then investing some TIME in learning about SEO is a far better idea that jumping straight into PPC.
Get yourself a 'non specific' domain. e.g afflove2000.com then make lots of subdomains for all your different projects. cars4sale.afflove2000.com ringtones.afflove2000.com hosting.afflove2000.com I personally think you'll get much more value for money by buying a domain and a years worth of hosting, that you'll get from jumping in the deep end with PPC.

Most CJ hosts allow you to use your own affiliate links when signing up - but check their conditions first! eBay is working really well for a lot of CJ affiliates. There are many scripts such as BANS and phpBay Pro that make creating an eBay shop really easy. Or you can always create your own (for free) using eBay's RSS feed and a little bit of PHP.
