Moderators/Adminstrators won't involve in member disputes.

Contact that person through the email address he provided you (pp email?)

That thread seems to suggest that Butternyk BINned for the site.

@ 12.27- his post said that there were 45 minutes to go.
    @12.28- butternyk posted sold.

If you PMed him afterwards, he is supposed to give the site to butternyk as per the terms of the auction.

Did you PM him in between these two posts ? And why did you send him $55 when his BIN was $50 ?

Try and contact him via E-mail. As DarkX said, the moderators here do not get involved in personal disputes.

The reason why he got banned is something that is known to only the moderators and him- racking up infractions or a duplicate account are the most likely reasons.

Yes, I pmed him between after that time without checking the thread.

He replied back with a Paypal Id.

I think I should start to file resolution in Paypal.

By the way, thank you for your help.

Try and contact him via E-mail before opening a claim. ( Assuming that he didn't attempt to sell it to both you and butternyk)

If he refuses to hand over the site, then by all means go ahead and file a claim.

if the funds are not available in his account, then you'll not get anything back.

BUT if you paid through CC then 99.9% you will get your money back.

Ok, it is done - just wait for the Paypal.

As far as I know 20days is the minimum days to get your money back rite?

I don't know since this is my first time dealing with this claim with Paypal

    Anyways, thanx a lot DarkX

Something like that. Paypal will wait for his reply, & then review the case.

    Good luck!

if both of you tell paypal he sold the same domain/site twice to 2 different people, then they know it was a fraudulent sale and will freeze the account.
