Ringtone Site Allowed

I was wondering would a ringtone site that gives direct links to .mp3 ringtones be allowed on adsense? I would just like to know of any heard of stories of getting banned for a ringtone site because I do not want my account banned. Thanks.

 

All are from illegal resource will get banned or link to illegal site to download ringtone.

 

Well I found these ringtones in someones directory. Downloaded all of them then uploaded to my server. Would these be illegal?

What type of ad service could I use thats reasonable to put on the site?

 

I don't know any ad networks that allow illegal content, if they did I wouldn't trust them at all.

 

Why is it illegal content though? How do other ringtone sites make money if they can not place ads?

 

So you steal someone's ringtones and on top of that, you're trying to make money without paying royalties to the creators? I HOPE you get in big troubles.

 

I said on front page all these were created by someone else.
