Peculiar Posting Restrictions

I just discovered something interesting...

I've used these forums for several months to connect with traffic providers. Every transaction has been excellent!

Most of these transactions took place via PM, per the author's request. I just now discovered that, due to this, I don't have enough posts to allow me to make a post of my own.

All I wanted to post for is to ask for people who can provide me with MySpace hits. - I'm trying to GIVE people business.

I understand that these rules are in place to cut down on SPAM, but it has cut me off from being able to send some business to people here. I don't want to go make a bunch of garbage posts just to get my count up to where I have posting permissions.

It's too bad there isn't a method to appeal to moderators or site organizers for posting permission.

It shouldn't take too much effort to get up to 25 posts - who knows, it might even help businesswise if people know you better.
