Its a really new blog which in traffic wise should have MANY things to improve.

Any tips will be appreciated.

 

You need to change alot of things.

- Left align the text rather than doing the current center alignment. Posts look like poems
- The Theme is a little too 90s, change that
- the side bar is way too big.

 

So how do i solve the Theme Problem..

 

I really dont like your site at all. Blogger is a good platform, but the way your site looks is terrible. Start again

I would play up keyword optimization. You may get people to go to your site just by saying that they can make money, real money, not get rich quick money. "Monetize your Websurfing"
