hi emopunk - Don't you think if I had the backups I'd be bothering to post?

Obviously, there is still a problem that you are not resolving.
Have you actually read my posts to see the problems?

Do you not see:
1) someone sent me the wrong backup (belongs to someone else's domain)
2) someone sent me an empty backup of the shell account, and it contained NONE of my domains under my whm... I have about 15 domains in my WHM.

3) You still have not addressed the main problem - let me import my whm from the new host.... and a back up wouldn't be required.

Any status on why the server is down? I tried to connect to my cPanel after buying an account earlier this week. www.webgoro.com check it, its down for some reason.

EDIT Never mind, its back up... was down for like 10 mins though...

 

The servers going very slow for me at the moment. Was looking earlier and there was a server load of 99% on the Panama server.

 

Yeah its down again... I'm not liking this one bit. I'm gonna have to request a refund if this doesn't get resolved.

 

Its down again and since the last 2 days the uptime had been pathetic, I want a refund.

 

Agreed. I'm going to have to move my account off of his server. This is bad. I just want my backup.

Well, his hosting company nuxsoft.com is down too. He will lose more business at nuxsoft.com if it is not resolved soon. I'm sure he doen't want that to happen intentionally. Resolution should be done soon, but don't quote me. However, he did say he was going to be in El Paso, Texas Friday and Saturday and that he may not be able to answer all questions.
