Need a quote for a custom image uploading script

    Hey, I need a quote for an image uploading script. The script will rsemble tinypic or imageshack's clean and simple interface and will incluse these features:

    • Uploading from your computer
    • Uploading an image from URL
    • Supports only certain file types
    • Supports only up to a certain file size (like no files bigger than 2mb)
    • A TOS page
    • A page to report bad images
    • An admin panel that includes features to remove images
    • A 250x250 AdSense ad intergrated into the clean interface.
    How much would something like this cost? I just need an estimate to aim for :)

    Also , being a programmer myself , i know how easily people call a script made by others "their own" . :)
