Image has low, this I know.. Text is better. And rectangular looks a lot better than square in most cases..

The large square is the best ad to have. You get a much better CTR if you place it in a prominent position.
There's a lot of similar articles like this, no offense. I use different ad formats. Large square for content area, full banner before comments and wide skyscraper for my sidebar.
Good tips dude i will definitely try to blend the ads and put them at the place where more peoples attract as i was using freetemplates so i never think about ad placement i just edit the pub id given in the template with my pub id and uploaded it now i will try to change the ad placement by own in my proxy site and hope my earnings will be increase.
