11 Easy Creative Marketing Tips

Here are a few basic but good starting points recommended with
creative internet marketing.

1) Make your website as straight forward as possible so all of the emphasis is applied to your websites creative concept.

2) Play on viewers emotions. Give them a reason to show others and take interest. Meaning make whatever you're doing, creative, funny, controversial, scary or memorizing etc.

3) Write down your dreams and think about what was so crazy about it.

4) If possible, allow your websites unique concept to be grabbed and placed on other peoples websites. This will give you HUGE exposure. An example would be, Hotmail, Hit counters, blogrush etc.

5) Get drunk/high (not recommended lol)

6) Think of a successful concept and apply it to a different market

7) Build mind maps/ Brainstorm

8) Use a tell a friend script (TEF)

9) Write down all your ideas on paper (you will forget them otherwise)

10) No matter how stupid an idea sounds, it may just work and probably will if it's highly viral, serves a good purpose and you implement an easy way for others to pass it around.

11) Design your website in creative way that nobody has done in that market before. You WILL get extra attention and traffic...and besides it's fun to be creative

that's my favorite too. i make crappy articles with really bad grammar but all guys reading them laugh really hard and love what i'm doing. somehow i can't make anything like that when i don't drink anything.

It worked well for Hunter S Thompson in the days before new media, so I'm sure it has it's place today.
