Unfortunately, the webhost I use, Servage.net, does not use cpanel with awestats or webalizer, their webstats are really lacking. It does get alot of SE traffic mostly from google. Traffic is steady for last 3 months. As that is when I started getting serious about it. I gave it a facelift, cleared out all the games, and started fresh with new games, all hand picked, there are no garbage games, just good games based on graphics, playabilty etc to keep the visitors happy and returning. Domain is 3 years old, I believe.

It is extremely easy to add new games. I usually sit down once a week for 20 minutes and add 5 or 6 new games and thats it. The admin is very user friendly, the best script on the market imho.

This site gets traffic from search engines, type-ins, link exchanges, and from game submissions.

Also, a webmaster from a very popular arcade site with a pr6 and alexa rating of 2,978 emailed this morning for a link exchange.

Bottom line, if you want a great arcade site and be a major player in this niche, this is the way to go.

High bid is still $1000 and I had a person interested in a quick sale for $5000 and it was sold but the guy backed out last minute due to cold feet.

Traffic and revenue has been steady for past 3 months aprox.
with about 3000 uniques per day at least and $500 per month on average.
Before that I neglected the site. But 3 months ago I overhauled it with new script, new design, and hand picked games and got serious about it. And its been making steady revenue and traffic ever since with little effort.

I havent updated in 2 weeks and traffic and revenue are steady. Made $18.31 yesterday and $140 first week of November. Without doing anything.

If someone takes it on and puts a little effort in, the traffic and revenue can be increased greatly and easily without question.

I did just install G analytics, so we will see.

$5000 is BIN, only 10 months revenue.

 

Which script is it using?

 

Does the script have the ability to geo target advertising?.

 

It uses phpas, www.phparcadescript.com, good script and support, friendly forum too with lots mods, gamepaks, templates etc.
The license is transferable and will transfered to new owner for free.

I use google adsense ads on the site for revenue, and yes they are geo-targeted relevant ads.

 

What I meant was does the script have the ability to choose which ad to display (i.e. ypn vs adsense) based on the location of the visitor?.

 

um no, probly could be modded, check the forums maybe?
