There's only one reason that XP wins...Vista is junk lol. Maybe when the service pack comes out it will be an OS worth using, but until then XP should be the OS of choice for everyone.

vista is nice but it aint worth upgrading.

Not enought driver support but it looks better.

The only thing that could save me a lot of time is the version history for files :)

I have not used Vista, but from the numerous complains and it's big resource requipments, I don't think I will ever will. I'll wait for the next OS. :)

I didn't meant that I don't have resources to run Vista? I have them, but I don't like my computer being slow by doing nothing, because of the fancy Vista features. :)

A lot of companies are offering a non-vista option when you buy a PC these days, with the ability to upgrade to Vista for free later when it is better supported.

Personally, I think Vista is promising, but there's still a lot of problems with it.

Windows XP is faster and more productive than Vista. And it works on 128 MB.

Vista is more secure and feature rich , but vista is easy to operate as i used it long time , well my vote is for xp as , i find vista complicated to install applications.

Well you always have the option of turning off the areo features. Gates said that was a major idea especially for those people who hated it.

Then I don't have a reason to switch to Vista. Security? XP is secure enough for me. Features? XP has all of them that I need. Vista also doesn't support some of my favorite games and software, so I'm sticking with my old XP. :)

I could give you a list of ten features worth upgrading to Vista. Some of them include:

    Direct X 10
    Faster OS (64 Bit)
Better integration with Internet and search

Vista 64bit over anything for me. I'll never go back to XP. Not had a single problem with Vista since I switched.

Yes you need a fairly beefy PC to run Vista smoothly, but it's smooth as heck once you got that :)

    Running Vista 64bit on Core2Duo E6600, 4GB RAM, 8800GTS 320MB with ~1.5TB HDD.
