Christmas present for my mom but I need help

I'm trying to do something really special for my mother this Christmas and I need some help from the professionals! I'm trying to restore 4 photos and I just can't afford the money these photo agencies in the city malls and stores are asking. I have scanned the photos and will link them here but mind you these pictures are really old and not in good shape at all. I would like for them to only be 4*6 or something similar to that size. I can rescan the pictures at any image size that you will need and I'm also willing to give free advertising at any of my three website I personally own. The advertising can last for a month or two and I’ll give you a home page spot to guarantee a good visible spot.

I wouldn't mind helping you out. Here is a sample but please note that this was the easiest one to re-work, in my opinion. I can't promise anything with the others but I will try my best.


Also, for best results, please scan each image by itself at a resolution of 300dpi. Then if you could host the images then PM me a link, I'll start working on this for you.
