Thus far your service has been pretty average, I did have some other sites that I was going to submit as well but I think I might have to look elsewhere for those ones.

No, a report wasn't sent. I haven't received anything from you.

I still have no idea if you've done any work whatsoever. In fact, if you were working on my directory submissions, shouldn't I be receiving emails from those directories to confirm submissions, etc???

It seems obvious that you haven't done any work for me.

Thus, I would like to request a full refund as it is pretty obvious that no work has been completed thus far.

My words are harsh, but well deserved! You told me a report was sent to me by email, but I didn't get any such report.

All I know is that over 3 weeks (almost 4) have passed and I have heard absolutely nothing from you (other than "we're working on it"). For a service advertised as "Fast Work", it sure hasn't been very fast. If you are too busy to complete the service you've advertised, I'd suggest reducing the quantity of work you're accepting so as not to piss off too many customers such as myself.
