We have done business with Kitara Media in the past, they are a reputable advertising network. Recently they have been bought out by another company called Bristol Interactive Media. I cannot vouch for their rates, however they have a great customer service team, and make payments promptly.
Slava, I'm curious. Whom are you using now, since you said you had used Kitara in the past (obviously, you stopped and switched). What kind of advertisers do they have? What do the pay per CPM?
Muncie, I am the CEO of Canep Media, we partnered with Kitara Media earlier this year to fill some of our remnant inventory. We work with over a hundred direct advertisers, agencies, and networks to fill the inventory of our publishers. I was merely vouching for the company and their staff. Specific questions should be addressed to them, not me.
I was just curious about your personal experience. There's nothing like someone telling you what it was like when they did business with them. Asking them directly will not get me answers to that. Thanks for your response anyway
Business with Kitara Media went well for us, they were always prompt on any inquiries, and payments where made in accordance with their terms and policies. The reason I do not want to vouch for their CPM rates is because our relationship with them was different from a standard publisher relationship and I do not want to give the wrong impression to any viewers of this thread.
More money silly....and for the pennies thing you can times that by 2,000 you will get your answer from that.
I worked with them and it was fine... actually I worked with Creafi that uses kitara network as their source for traffic
Thank you for the positive feedback. We are working very hard to be the best ad network in the market. I hope that you will give us a try. kitaramedia.com Bob
Same as all Yield Manager networks. They work off conversions mostly. If you convert more, you earn more. If you convert less, then you earn less. Nothing special here. They are all the same.
I havent used it, but I have a buddy that mentioned it a few times. I'll talk to him in the next few days and see what he thinks. I'll post back after I talk to him.
Hi everyone. My name is Jetser Carasco. I am a certified math teacher in Massachusetts. This is my first time ever posting in this forum. I have a website about math and I am right now looking for good CPM programs. I just got into Kitara media. I just have one question. What is the minimum eCPM one can get with Kitara media?
Hi Jetser - I work for Kitara Media and would like to answer your question. Please feel free to contact me by sending a DM. As we work with all our publishers in the platform on a 65/35 rev share we do not set minimum CPM floors. The CPM is dependent on the placement of our tags and the quality of inventory provided by the publisher. The CPMs will vary for each partner as the traffic is unique for each site. There are several steps that you can take on your end to ensure you are set to achieve maximum CPMS. First ensure that you have the frequency set as tight as possible on your inventory. Our partners see more value in inventory that is set at a 1-3/24 frequency cap. Also we perform best in mainly English speaking countries including US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands and Ireland. We are also seeing success most recently on Middle Eastern traffic. The placement also plays a key role in the performance of the account. By adding the tags to above the fold, high click through traffic you will see higher results.
I am currently using Kitara media. There interface is attractive,But after installing their ads in my site, some traffic exchange site does not accept it,saying framebreaker, illigal software.Thats the only bad thing,Anther problem for me is they dont support paypal. But cpm rate is not so bad.
I used them for a day (yesterday) and made one dollar from 7k banner impressons. they could work out if you have an extremely high trafficked site, but not for me!
