Is this a custom template?

 

No it's not a custom template. It is a very well known CSS stylesheet template that works perfect for placement of Adsense blocks. That's why I choose it. Very easy to maintain and add additional content to if the new owner decides to add more to it.

Also, the template is from http://www.minimalistic-design.net/xhtmlcss-templates/rounded-corners-css-template/ and you have removed the "Design by Minimalistic Design" link, which is not good.
