OK, I'm making pretty good income with Adsense.

My method has always been articles, directories submission and getting backlinks.

Do you have other methods that are proven to drive traffic to your adsense sites?

Of course, this is provided that your adsense are optimized for max clicks.

Social Bookmarking sites are very hot now-a-days but the traffic doesn't convert very well as compared to other sources of traffic.

Don't expect any clicks from social networking crowd as most of them just gives a bird's eye view to the page. Not to mention, tech savvy ppl don't click much unless they are really really interested in ads. You can use CPM ads though if you still want to make some money from social networking "views"

On a side note, I have found dZone to be very good in terms of traffic if you have a Technology Article.

How many of you rely TOTALLY (or at least 50%-60%) from organic search? Mine seems to be so...

This is the method I've been using and that is generating well over 70% of my traffic. You may also consider posting on related forums. I found it that forums are a great source of recruiting members that will keep coming back to your website.

If your site is new you have to rely on social networks. I have a small amount of traffic (not even deserves mention) from search engines. My main source is stumbleupon.

I wrote an article about social networks lately so you can find reviews of mainstream networks in my blog.
