maybe this is just a question, but maybe its interesting.

i make about500$/month with adsense, and i spend my money as this way:

    200$- domains, hosting, link building
    200$ - clothing, weekends,
100$ - savings for buying my car next year:D

im making also 200$ month with paypal, and:
    100$ - buying on ebay
100$ - link building (ebooks, etc.)

thats how i spend my money, im 17 years old and i still receive money from my dad, and im studing, so i only spend 1 to 2 hours dayly blogging, and making money online.

how do you spend your money?

I earn little bit more and I try to save all the money, I don't use dedicated servers so I pay from one cheque for domains and hosting for whole year :) But if my car breaks down, my cell phone is dead or just like month ago my old, cool CRT monitor died i just take this cash and buy new one - it's my rescue money :)

Server Bill. Never focused to much on Adsense, so I never make more than my server bill.

Let's see... Mortgage, car notes, groceries, tickets to see the cavs play the pistons, call of duty 4, netflix subscription, cell phone bill, trick or treat candy, and a new lent trap for my dryer.

Maybe I am missing the point, but should you spend earnings from AdSense any differently than you spend earnings from anything else?

My hosting and other outgoings balance out my earnings from AdSense/Clicksor/Adbrite/Affiliate schemes...

I pay out on a huge mortgage and child support payments everymonth which doesn't leave me with much to play with but I do save a few quid for a rainy day.

virtually every month for the last year my online earnings have been going up every month, finally surpassing my "day job" earnings for the first time in October.

We've used the income to pay-down all of our debt and do several small home improvement projects. now that we're virtually debt-free (except for the mortgage) we are saving it all as a safety-net for when i finally quit my day-job..
