    The major difference is the social aspect, which is a little different from just being viral. The product is now the people(friends, family, co-workers, etc), and the website is the way to get to that product.

    Well, web 2.0 also has cleaner code than the dot com bubble.

    The "Web 2.0" look has been around for ages, just people havn't really been using it as much. Guess it's just a fad that will pass with time.

    I wasn't really talking about the web 2.0 look but rather the web 2.0 sites that are based around communities rather than a single person. Digg, facebook being the best example.

    To be honest I wasn't quite sure what a "web 2.0" sites exatly is. Thanks for letting me know. So are all community sites that aren't forums 2.0 sites? And what does that have to do with .com, arent' web2.0 sites built on .com domain names? Sorry this whole 2.0 thing sort of confuses me.. I use FrontPage.. LOL
