lol, only good earners get this message?

I never noticed this in my adsense panel until recetly when I startign earning more. Well I remeber seeing a message simliar to this but one of words was changed to "Like You"

i think every one can see this message and i think it doesn't depend on how much you earn

I've got the same message too, it's just a standard report

 

i think is not massage for success publisher, its a massage for every publisher infact for the publisher which is not listed in the success page. lol
