Hi everyone i'm a bit overweight and feel this affects my health and my chance of find that special someone has anyone managed to find a diet that works work outs etc that may yield results
How much muscle did you lose If you want to lose some weight you could do what I've done, did this last time as well. It's not the healthies and you need will power to keep it up. Extremely low calorie, healthy food. 400-600 calories tops. Tons of cardio, upwards of 2 hours a day or more. Weight training, slowly decline on the cardio and start eating more, while buidling muscle mass lifting
You shouldn't diet, just change your life style If you just diet for a short while you'll gain the wait almost instantly when you're off the diet. Just try living a healthy life style, avoid junk food etc. At first its hard but once you're used to it you won't even want any junk food. Try reading Dr Phil's weight solution.. probably the best weight loss book ever written.
My tips : Eat lot sleep always . No no he he he , My tips : Less eat carbohydrate like rice and lot eat vegetable and fruits for 8 months I guarantee in 8 month you will get incredible weight result.
Low calorie, low carb. low fat, low sugar, small meals.... Lots of will power. If it tastes good, don't eat it. And work out. A lot. No, really. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than what you consume. Period. Increase your activity level, reduce the amount of food that you eat. Easy to say. Hard to do. But worth the effort.
It's funny because the food God gave us is healthy for us! Fruits, vegetables, nuts, and so on.. Look at everything that's bad for us: soft drinks, junk food, it all came from us! You really don't even have to stress yourself out and get burned out trying to lose weight. Just make healthy choices and be active, and you'll get better every day.
Oh yeah, fruit/vegetable diets and fasting can work wonders, but remember to include all the necessary food groups in addition to aid in the weight loss
I know what to do...my problem is motivation! I mean aside from being able to fit into my clothes...not much else is driving me right now I guess it would be nice to see my feet in the shower again
