Find a Course is a custom built website featuring a great AJAX search and terrific SEO. It's the perfect project to sink your teeth into and turn a nice profit.

AJAX Search
I custom coded the AJAX search myself and it works great. It is very easy to use. Just simply start typing the name of the city you are looking for (ex: hersh) and the search will do the rest. Once the city you are looking for shows up on the list (Hershey, Pennsylvania), click the link and it'll show you the golf course(s) information in that city. You may also notice each golf course has it's own page. This helps get more pages of the site indexed (as that can't really happen through AJAX) and is great for SEO.

At the bottom of the Find a Course homepage there is a list of the most recent cities found. This helps get those pages indexed and shows what people are searching for.

This website has been completely custom coded and designed. The database was purchased here on DP and features 16,231 golf courses and their information. It also features all the cities and states used in the search.

As was stated on one of the StumbleUpon reviews this is a very unique niche and is really something you can work with. The AdSense payment is pretty nice for this niche and there are a lot of advertisers. There's also a lot of different affiliate ads you can get in with golf as well.
