How many directory owners/submitters use SEOquake plugin

Just wondering if any owners/submitters use this plugin. I find it very useful for monitoring day to day changes for my pages. Also very useful when checking out directories I might submit too. The plugin is available for Firefox and IE, but I have never used the IE version.

I think what I like about this plugin is it updates on every page I visit. Very helpful for me to examine sub-cats and etc.

Hmm... I have not had that experience. It sometimes will cause the page to lag, especially Google searches.

Its makes the surfing experience slow for me. I prefer the Search Status plugin in FF. When submitting to paid dirs, I have a manual checking done via it.

Also the abv plugin had n/a issues for me previously.
