    Great site! Basically only charging $50 for a nice custom theme and an established domain since the script cost $300 alone. Wish I had the cash right now!

    Thanks. :) There's actually more than one script running on it. I bought a lyrics database / script and added it to the site for seo purposes. 3,400 pages indexed in Google.

    There's also the various mods I built for the script (lots of MSRS sites now use them) plus a custom-built preview mod I added that's exclusive to Layoutlab.com (here's an example showing the dynamically generated page title / header and keyword links)

    That script has *never* been $99.
    It's a fixed price, not an auction.

    I'm not sure I follow what you mean by 'turnkey content'. Some of the content I bought as myspace layout packs from various vendors and some of it I made myself, so I guess it's unique.

    The fixed price is the least amount I would sell it for. It's an absolute steal. If no-one wants it at that price then I'd rather delete it.
