Oprah butchers YouTube

Is it just me or is anyone else out there annoyed by Oprah butchering YouTube?

She's a so called "featured editor" and putting up tons of old worn out video clips and clips promoting herself... man o man... if there's one person on this planet I can't stand... it's Oprah. Nasty

 

Well, why shouldn't she be promoting on YouTube? She has the money - so why doesn't she gain more exposure by using Youtube as a promotional tool?

nope not me, I have no problem with Oprah. I don't see anything wrong with it.

 

Aahhh Oprah is really nice..

 

She can do whatever she wants, but I don't think she has any clue what YouTube was originally about when it started. The great thing about YouTube (in the beginning) was that anyone could become "famous" without a huge budget or jumping through a zillion hoops to reach internet fame.

To be featured on the YouTube home page use to be an honor. Oprah basically just walked in and bought herself featured spots on the home page and that is super lame. Just my opinion... I hope it backfires on her... cuz she certainly deserves it.

 

One thing I'll never get is why in the world anyone likes Oprah. Someone please explain that to me! lol.. she's so nasty. ugh.

 

I'm just sick of Oprah period... She is so 80's... I cannot believe half a news day was wasted the other day on every major network to listed to Oprah talk about her school... If she cares that much, perhaps she should get her butt over there and run the place....

 

i dont see why she needs to advertise. everyone knows who she is. i know who she is and i dont watch the show

Oprah is an amazing person, I'm happy she's finally on Youtube!

It doesn't really matter whether we like her or loath her.. Its business, Making Youtube money..
I don't see a problem.. If you don't like Oprah you can always watch the latest Mentos bomb video..

 

She is actually a smart businesswoman, marketing herself when opportunities present itself.

I think it's good marketing sense for her to be using it

 

The art of self promotion is what keeps some people on top... Love her or hate her, she has that down to an art...

She has to have something to butcher, since she's not eating beef anymore.

Well, somebody has to pay the bills. Youtube is a free service and hosting for such a large site and staff arent cheap. Good for Oprah.
