My gym has TVs there, doesn't yours? Why buy a membership if you are not going to go? Once you pay for that membership, then you have to go to get your money's worth out of it! If you are just going to throw out your money, throw some my way!
but giving you money won't make me feel like I have the option to improve myself. giving the gym money does that.
just had a crazy day today. i was doing triset, no rest in between. 30 second rest for each triset. worked for 45 minute and 15 minute cardio.. i was throwing up badly when i took a shower
I normally do 5 mins to warm my body up on the cross trainer then hit the weigths then 5mins more to cool down. Then the next day probably an hour on diff machines.
Indeed that's a good point - one of the things that I found (all those years ago - things have moved on since) is that the 'pushers' sound like they know what they're talking about. They're the 'gym doctors' - I don't think that doing the oral steroids for that amount of time was a good thing either but at that age you think you're invincible So what's the word on Somatatropin (or Human Growth Hormone/HGH) these days?
A few might disagree but there's two areas that you need to look into when you take up bodybuilding as well... -Stretch.. nothing help your physic then when you are flexible.. last thing you want to do is move like a tight bull with no fluid in your movement.. The gym I used to teach had a few of the boys that were HEAVY into weight.. and never did any flexible exercise.. they move like they got carrots up their butt... not a good look at all. - Take up boxing or learn to punch the bag.. boxing will make you learn how to core yourself and give you a more balance/whole body coordination strength then just individual strength.. it will also teach you how to focus the strength you gain in bodybuilding into some else...
lol. I have a basketball league coming up in Feb. i really need to bring up my condition. I might have to stop lifting for a while and concentrate on my condition
Problem when making anything illegal, it commonly is over used, no real information on the product other than from people who know nothing, plus badly made product. BTW the immune system can actually be increased by steroids depending on the substance, the problem is your body becomes dependent on the steroid. When you stop taking it, especially if you've taken it for too long and then take no supplements to help jump start your immune system back up naturally is where you can come into problems. As far as HGH, many swear by it Never used it myself.

If you're just starting out as suggested bodybuilding.com has some good tutorials All depends on what you have available to you, where you're at, etc.
