    Heya

I've just got in few problems with a file hosting site 'hosted' on godaddy. It seems somebody filled a claim for some files one of my users hosted. I've deleted the files but in order to get my account back Godaddy ask me to send them an email with this:
What exactly is C ... Can you guide me to a template so I may write an email for GD.. ?!
    Thanks

If they provided a form they would be liable for the accuracy of the form. Considering all the potential juridictations that could become a nightmare. They are just CYA (theirs).

well they did give me one after awhile as an example, so it's not to bad despite 3 days of downtime for a dummy hosting account i set up.

    Correct.

The big G (Google) will have you do the same should you ever get removed from the index for DMCA, etc.
