What is this directory script ?

Can someone enlighten me is this a script that http://www.cachedirectory.com is using or it is custom made ?

its not custom ,i saw over 200 dirs using that script.i could not remember the name tho (it was a free script i think)

 

Yes this is a nice script. I have also seen it on many directories, Can some one also please help me in finding the name of this script.

 

What if all directories are from the same owner ?

I think it is custom made ...
