Seems like such a situation as this one for WorldImpulse could be manually
researched by "top moderators" or administrators of this forum. Especially since
facts show that the 1st account was never used.

Can we have an admin here please look into this further? I can see if one uses
a secondary account (illegal) for a type of forum "black hat" use - of course
that user should be banned. But from the facts here, that is not the case.

Did you just noticed that some guys have lots of accounts there and still doing business ? Man, you are slow I speaked about it more than year ago since my joining.
