My regret is that I was not part of the donation process. But I will donate where it matters, at the ballot box.

Where is Gtech, Lorien, and the rest of the game? They've got nothing to say to this. What can they say? Ron Paul isn't a "bottom tier" candidate, and never has been.

He is the man that can take America back to its roots, the root of freedom.

Your words in God's ear and people's hearts and minds.
Mainstream (corporate controlled) media will try to spin and try to bury this guy, but they will never be able to hide the will of the people and the truth. The truth will always prevail!
May Gtech and his gang eat their heart out when he is elected president!

Guys, please stop trying to stir stuff up. If you haven't donated, you have donated or you cannot afford to donate, get in a MeetUp Group. They could use your help, even if it is just brainstorming and moral support.

This is only one of many battles in a long war leading up to the NH primary.

Not bad, but he has to win a lot of voters with that money or it doesn't mean much.

The 5th of November from V for Vendetta represents freedom from a repressed government.

A lot of planning for this day, to break the old record. I believe the old record "just happened," did it not?

I must say that I'm impressed that a small group of "troofers" (rp's initial hard core supporters, and apparently STILL) have been able to convince so many people of an alternate message.

Given my own personal observations of the types of people here (those that have ceaselessly torn America down since arriving), I can clearly see he's not the candidate for me.

if you think we have a repressive govt, wait till shrillary is in office...furthermore, about 98% of those polled think RP will not be the president...what does that say about "repressive" thinking?

shrillary will not win! Where the hell did you get those polls that say 98% of people say RP will not win? We are 1 year away from the elections it would be very premature for you to underestimate RP. Why don't you please take some time and really start researching the candidates in more detail.

You guys should watch some more movies. The mass donations yesterday were an allusion to V for Vendetta as mentioned above. In the movie, a man inspired by Guy Fawkes eventually rallies almost the entire population of Britain to topple their oppressive totalitarian government (it's set in the future, not meant as an insult to their current gov't). And in the movie, it is a bloodless, peaceful revolution. The people unite and march on London in the final scene, leaving the governmental soldiers no choose but to lower their weapons.

That is what this donation date was about. Ron Paul supporters (myself included) see today as the beginning of a peaceful revolution to take back our government and return us to our original values. The other key thing in the movie, is that one year before this revolution, the "V" character hijacks the national television station to broadcast a message and say that one year from that date, it is up to the people of the nation to unite and take back their government. Well one year from November 5th, 2007, we will have elected the new President, and if things go as planned, that man will be Ron Paul.

The only weaponry and terrorism meant by this date is our "money bomb", and in reality, the true symbolism is about taking back our government without ever hurting a single soul. Have you heard about the next proposed date for a big money bomb? December 16th, 2007. Have you heard about the significance? The date of the Boston Tea Party. This revolution is not about violence and terrorism, this revolution is about political dissent and peace to achieve our goals.

GTech, you're taking the ideas of political reform a little too close to heart. What you claim to be unpatriotic and anti-American aren't at all, they are movements to put America back on the course our founders intended.

The most anti-American thing you can do is follow every voice you hear. Look at the loss in freedom we've suffered meant to protect us from an enemy 6000 miles away without a navy or air force.

We should not be using terror to attack terrorism. We've tried to scare terrorists and it hasn't worked. What we need is to work out the kinks between the two groups rather than fight over it. Every day we spend on this war on terror the more resentment we create in the Middle East. Before the War in Iraq, Iraqis had free schooling, now they're lucky if they have potable water.

Being American is standing up for things you believe in. This country was built on the ideas of political reforms and freedoms. That is certainly something a libertarian can provide us.
