Any Adsense publisher that wants to display adsense ads on ANY domain that uses any of googles brand names, needs to be approved by google. This process requires Googles legal team to evaluate the site and content. Not many sites get's this approval, and hence not many sites with googles brands in the domain, will show adsense ads.
