The most strangest food in Bulgaria is called kebapche. It is a piece of grinded meat and has the form of a pe*is.And its buddy is the kiufte. It is a meat ball but iit is not actually round.People usually eat them with cabbage salad with vinegar and oil.It is very delicious by the way.
For me - Chickenfeet.. or what we called Phoenix feet. It's one of the Dim Sim dishes you can have.. VERY soft indeed.. and although the look isn't the greatest.. the taste is absolutely.... DIVINE!!!
Does America have their own weird foods? We are such a huge melting pot I don't know many strange American foods.
Well, there's a moari cultural thing where they eat fermented corn made into a paste. That's pretty odd to me. By the way, fermented = rotten.
Im from Philippines and Strangest food may be balut. It's an egg of duck with embryo inside. That is for some, mostly foreigners really hate it. But then I love eating it I can it 4!
In scotland our weird food is Haggis, because of the way we cook it. Its boiled inside a sheeps stomach. Here is a live haggis: We catch them every summer during breeding season (June-August). They can run at up to 40kilometres an hour, so we catch them with large nets, and spears. Traditionally served with "neeps and tatties" (turnips and potatoes), and the traditional meal for Burns night.
I like that! 'neeps and tatties!'. Thanks for info, now I feel a little more knowledgeable about my Scottish ancestry. Here in Minnesota, there's a lot of people of Norwegian ancestry and Lutefisk is still eaten. I haven't had it myself, but it doesn't sound very tasty.
Hmmm, that looks like two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun.
Spotted dick. It's real I tell you. From America. Umm Buffalo burgers taste ok, but they are some ugly flea bitten things.
