what to do with Google slap ?

  1. #1
    First day of my google adwords campaign, the keywords costs is $0.10 . Second day went up to $0.50 . A few days later , went up furthur to $1. Now I have to stop the campaign . I was told by some people this is "goggle slap " . I was told by google I have to change my ads to optimise the keywords but evertime I change my ads , the same happens . The keywords cost start from low and went up high later to $1 even $10 . Please advice.

    The landing page plays a huge role in the quality score game. It would be nice to see an example of your ads and where you are sending your visitors to.

    I'll optimize my landing page - buy a new domain and start a new campaign. Just google Adwords Quality Score and you'll find enough information about it. Basically Google wants you to make your website offer quality user's experience in addition of promoting your offer. Bid price is also calculated based on your history too.

    Sorry, I think that's bad advice. I'd suggest figuring out what the problem is, not "buy a new domain and do the same things but expect different results".

    This is not a slap - a slap is when your keywords go to $5 or $10 cpc minimum bids & "Poor" quality scores without warning.
