PNG/PSD --> phpProBid Integration Needed

    I'm making a design for phpprobid v5.25 and am having some trouble working with the table-based layout. I have no problem designing, but I need someone to integrate the design. I don't care if you code it in table-base or css-base, but it needs to look exactly as I design it.

    I pay fairly via paypal and have 100% positive iTrader.
