I do not think that people are not generous, they are simply forgetful. Also, not everyone cares about the reputation system; this alone can account for the majority of points that should have been given but were not given.

 

lol i have only 11,i think that DP people dont like me hahaha
i recieve red reps for stupid things. red reps for typing wrong,red reps for the bad english,things like that..
but im a good girl,i swear hehehe
