It's sad that people will kick you down when your most vulnerable, all they need you to do it give them money. Anyone can be a coward scammer, it takes skill to make real money.
This user has also seemingly scammed me as well. I lent him some money, and he said he would pay back by the end of the week. I've received no response to the PM I sent a day or two ago and he's banned now, so can't respond. No problem, I've managed to claim money back from Moneybookers successfully before and will do so again.
Well you cannot simply place a claim, such as you can with PayPal, but you can do the following to get in touch with Moneybookers and hopefully have the case investigated: - Login in to your account - Click on Email support, then Account/Security - Then click 'I would like to report a case involving another Moneybookers account holder' - Type in the Moneybookers email address and write details of the case in the boxes provided Now, Moneybookers will most likely email back and say as it is a normal 'Send Money' transaction, they cannot reverse the payment. However of course they can, just make sure you fight your corner. I'd recommend you provide them with a link to this thread, plus say you can provide more proof if needed. If everyone who has been scammed by this user does that, Moneybookers should be able to notice something and should reverse the transaction. So, everyone who has been scammed, let collaborate. Do the above as soon as possible and hopefully we will all get our money back and the scammer may be banned from Moneybookers. (The above does work - I successfully claimed back $460 when scammed by someone who I paid for some goods.) The thing is, I've found MB take a while to respond to claims. But be patient and don't give up if they tell you they won't be able to give you your money back!
Thank you for your time to write down this extensive answer. It is very much appreciated by me and other people that might face the same problem. I feel that justice is due and accordingly my report to moneybookers is already on its way. Other people should join me in filing a report to moneybookers as I do not believe that Mr. Kyle Lester a.k.a. Dishin Nutrition is allowed to keep the funds he obtained in this manner. If I did my research correctly, a person named "Kyle Lester" did register a few domain name as late as a few days ago. I wonder where he (and I am quite sure that is him as I could outline in a different thread) got this money from? Thank you one more time for the wonderful answer to my question.
No problem at all. I feel we should all work together to take down scammers, and this is one way we can do so. So, please, if you have been scammed by Kyle Lester through MB, contact them immediately!
