    This thing happens all the time but seller need to counter offer to highest bidder first before seller settle with PM offer which makes more fair to public bidder I think.

    I agree totally. The seller is still new to this and I gave him his first iTrade :) .... he will learn. Nice guy. I made him a nice offer and he took it.....he was also in a hurry to sell .... I guess its the game we play :)

    Maybe DP could make some rules and a better selling guide. I was unaware I could not sell a site via PM.
