Where can I find a list of fast reviewing article sites

Hi,
I have been offering article submission services for some time now. it's very tough to maintain a quality article directory list. I have been offering around 200 article sites submission. But it's very tough to update this list as most of them does not review at all. Every weekend i spend hours to remove article sites that does not review and add new article sites.

It's very time consuming process. If anyone of have you have a list of fast reviewing article sites, please post it here. I have a huge list if over 1000 article sites, but most of them are not useful when it comes to approval.

Please tell me if there is a place where i can learn about newly created article directories. I know sites ezinearticles, articledashboard review faster than others. If you are aware of any such sites please post them here. It will be useful for all of us.
