Selling a template site like templatemonster.com

Hi,

I have this site www.templatedreamer.com for sale. I do not know what could be a good price for it. I am buying a new computer so every penny matters

You get all templates inside it, the custom made script ($120), the custom designed skin ($30) and the domain ($8) which cost me all together $158, but I can sell it for much cheaper, because I am in need of some cash right now.

- Sales: I have got something like $200-$300 in last 6 months
- Traffic: Not much traffic I am not actually using the site at all that's why I'm selling it. The best I had was 2000 uniques in a day
- Rights: Full rights you can do whatever you want to do with the site and everything.
- Search engine: Several regular sentences rank this page HIGH. For example http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=sell+website+templates+and+earn+commission&btnG=Hae&meta= will get the site listed pretty high! in the top 10 of 635000!
- Domain: Registered with GoDaddy. It expires after 8 months.

Domain is registered with GoDaddy, I can have a free push to your GoDaddy account. GoDaddy accounts are free. Domain expires after 8 months.

Then there's also members page, fraud transactions page, ... that admin has. The admin page is simple, but I think it's good not too much graphics or anything. Just everything necessary.

The site automatically informs admin with email messages when you got sold something etc. Very handy. You can disable or change the admin email.

You say the site had upto 2000UV a day yet the Alexa seems to rank somewhere in 3mils. I realize that does not necessarily need to mean anything but would you be able to show some traffic screenshot?
