Forum Owners - What is your CTR %?

I would like to know this so I and others can have an idea of what to expect in general.

I average 3% - 4% (last two months).

 

mine was very low around 1%

 

I thought it was against the rules to post your CTR?

The CTR in my forum is very, very low - far below what you guys have posted. Because it is so low, i started using Kontera to supplement my income.

i would love to know how you get 3%-5% CTR?! where/how are your ads placed? can you post or PM me the URL to your forum? i'd love to see it.

 

Only show ads to guests to get a higher CTR.
Members hardly click them anyway.

 

my forum CTR is very low. I lost my confience and started focusing on contents. I feel forums are not earning good.

 

I have 1.4 to 2.8.

CTR sometimes depends on the placement of your ads.

 

wow at ur CTR i would bee damm rich i sold of my forum though mine was always a way below1% very low

 

My site is both content and a complementing forum, I have a much higher ctr on my content portion than my forum. But I guess I also get a higher number of uniques on my content portion since my forum is for a rather small target group just in Florida.

 

What should be considered as a good CTR

 

1% or 2% easily.

 

Forums always have lower ctr because the focus of members are into the discussions...especially if your ads are outside the posts areas.

 

0.45 % is my ctr

- Before when i had adbrite and they shoulded Adult Ads/Gaming Ads, i would get about 10% CTR

Thats why i plan to make a VB Skin that has both Adbrite and Google Ads merged into it

 

My CTR is like 0.22%, which is low.

 

Less than 0.5% for me

 

0.08% which negligible

 

Mine is only 0.06%
