yeah... i think they'll publish e-shops for weapons, missiles [nukes], kamikadze warrior bids :) and you all could buy their special offers through PayPal. that's why PayPal doesn't accept Pakistan yet.

In the free world, Paypal has the rights to accept or deny services to anyone they choose to. For any contract, there must be a willing buyer and a willing seller. If one party is not comfortable for whatever reasons, there is no contract.

Very true. Don't expect to see Pakistan being supported by paypal until a miracle takes place and peace breaks out in the middle east. Although I doubt there is some guy in Pakistan selling ebooks to purchase guns and bombs, but thats just how it is these days.

Getting a Paypal account in a non-supported country will just get your account limited eventually. Look for a Paypal alternative. Paypal sucks anyway

It´s not the bank account outside Pakistan which would make you eligle to hold an account with PP. It´s the country of residency and this is Pakistan in your case and not the country of any bank account you could possibly hold so that´s not the riddles solution I guess. And your first idea won´t bring you even a little bit so I would directly let it be. It´s only a waste of time for you. Sorry to have to say this but the virtual office seems to be the only solution for you and those are not that cheap if you only want to have the account for some small transactions a month. So I would advice you to go with Moneybookers

They wont be supporting Pakistan any time soon for a variety of reasons I'd imagine, one of them being high CC fraud.

That´s definitely no reason why they don´t support Pakistan. They support sooo many countries with MUCH higher CC fraud rate.

Wrong presumption: for example Romania (the country with the highest online/CC fraud rate worldwide). But if CC fraud would be a criteria there would be definitely many more countries with full options (sending AND recieving) not be supported.

Using a VCC defeats the purpose of verification, but many people seem to be using it.

Absolutely nothing illegal in using VCCs. Otherwise banks wouldn´t issue them. The main purpose of a VCC is not verification, it´s meant normally for people who don´t get a real CC or don´t wanna give their real CC info to any online shop because they worry about the security.

Open a 2CO account and with that you can accept PayPal funds as well.
