my idea to get alot of traffic in my web site

my idea to get alot of traffic in my site is this

sign up in more then 100 forum web site and put my web site link on signature and every day post some thing in every 100 web site so if 10 people visit my web site from signature then 100*10= 1000 visiter so per month 30000 visiter this is enough for me
what do u thing about this please suggest me

yah thats the good idea if you can do it
surely perform! but this requires a lot of
efforts.

first you should have unique and high
quality contents as people in forums already
have lot of information about the niche.As they
are actively involve on daily discussion in forums.
so if you have substandered or second hand contents
you will soon fail.

I agree. But he can combine both.
In each forum, start a thread with keywords in the title. These threads are more reachable than just bogus title...

Let me give you an example for your " weight lose" website:
Instead of " Guys, I'm too fat, what can I do?"
Type " How to lose weight? "

 

Manual postings to 100 forums/day? Goodluck. It doesn't seem practical, but maybe you can do it.

 

Seems in the gray area of spam\not spam, your purposely posting to promote your site and not join the discussion or lend help

 

Absolutely hard work for traffic you should focus only some forums in your niche .

He seems to be thinking only about the number of visitors and not other aspects that are critical. If your bounce rate is close to 100%, no amount of uniques will help. Need to develop content and get organic traffic to survive, pal.

 

Seems like a lot of work for little return. My time is money, i would rather pay the $50 a month for a good link on a site and get that many or more visitors so I can free up my time to do other things....
Say you make 1 post per 100 forums sounds like about 2 hours of work...and thats after you set it all up. But applying for all the sites will take much longer the first day.....

doing that on 10 forums a day would get old real quick. And most traffic from forum people isnt good traffic at all. I agree with the poster above that search engine traffic and turning your efforts into building that will help you out and strengthen the site in the long run.

Getting 10 clicks on a signature per day/every day is extremely optimistic. DP is a busy forum compared to others but I don't see that click volume. What are other posters experience with sig clicks?

 

Yes, 10 clicks per day from every forum is seems big one. I like to suggest that just focus on some niche related forums, I myself selected about 10 + forums to start forums posting, but from very 1st day I feel thats its a difficult task, and now I am only taking part in DP.
