i recently purchased a vcc for my friend's paypal account..his paypal account was limited....to remove limitation a credit card was added...so he added a vcc...now paypal want statement of that credit card.. so me want to know if vcc's have credit card statement....he will have to upload them the credit card statement
Unfortunately VCC´s don´t have a statement because the VCCs are generated from the main bank account/credit card normally. Because of this only the seller(the person who generated them) will see them in their main statement. Please correct me if I am wrong but I think that is how it goes. But I don´t think it should be that hard to find a photoshopper here who will create you a statement to the VCC for a little fee (I am not that person) Hope this helps
I believe you already know that a VCC actually defeats the whole purpose of verification because basically you are using someone's account to verify yours. The purpose of verification is to determine that you are who you say you are. That's pretty much the risk of using something like a VCC because once you are found out, you are done for. The only thing is to use further lies by falsifying credit card statements and hope and pray that Paypal does not go verify it because if they do, you will be digging a deeper hole for yourself. I believe that Paypal found out that you are using a VCC and just give you a chance to come clean. However, with all that said, I do not recommend you do anything. Your friend just have to take it as a learning experience and move on. Next time, use a bank-issued credit card and you will this problem.
Yes, I would agree if the VCC was issued to the account holder who uses it but the trouble is that the massive number of VCC offered here are from Netsafe accounts and the seller hardly ever verify the buyer's details.
but i think there should be some kind of statement associated with a vcc....as 1.75$ are also deducted from that account and if u get the expanded use number-there must be some sort of transaction statement that u must be getting...
It would be true if the card holder is the actual user of the VCC. The thing is that most of the VCC offered here in DP is generated from the HDFC Bank's NetSafe Account. This is an Indian Bank and they issue this account for the exclusive use of the account holder. The throw-away VCC numbers are one-time usage number and they are to be used exclusively by the account holder. However, in reality, a number of Indians took the opportunity to make some money by generating VCC numbers from their accounts and selling them to anyone else to use to verify their Paypal account. Once they enter the number, the expander use number will appear at the actual account holder's statement who would forward the number to the one who bought the VCC. There is no statement per se in the one who bought the VCC but would appear in the actual account holder's statement. That is where the problem lies. VCC are one-time use number which a short expiry date and they do not come with their own credit card statement. Even if it did, it would not be in the name of the one who bought the VCC.

And there are also many different types of VCCs out there: those mostly here in DP sold VCCs generated from HDFC account as you said. These have no names: they come only with cardnumber, CVV2 and exp. date. They have a very short exp. date and they are meant for one time use only. there are also reloadable VCCs with different exp. dates ranking between 3 month and 2 years. There are even 2 different types of reloadable VCCs available: those which come only with cardnumber, exp. date and CVV2 like the one time netsafe cards and also VCCs which are registered in one name so they really work like an actual CC only without having a physical card.
i think if you send the Actual VCC screen shot to paypal they might agree that it was not a stolen card but what action they would take for using VCC card would be a different thing.
Is paypal Asking you for Credit Card Statement or a verification document which could be your bank account statement . If it is asking for credit card statement then go ahead with the seller of the VCC and ask him to give you an email statement of the Bank which you can photoshop it and send to Paypal , this is what I can say . Perhaps it is not the legal way to do it. Legally you will have to go ahead and take a credit card from a bank and then scan the document which you get from the bank and after that email paypal
yups he won't want to disclose his all info to you and other customers. you can ask him to atelst provide you the screenshot of the virtual card which he generated.
You got any kind of CC statement of your own? So you could photoshop this statement with the info of the VCC you added to the account. If you got any statement I will look to find someone to provide this for you for a fee of 10$-15$. Of course only if the amount in the account is worth the "work" and fees to get it unlimited. Just let me know if you got any statement available so I can look around for you

So how much is in the account? There is a guy who did this before because PP forced him to do this to get HIS money back from them. So maybe he still got this screenshot and he can photoshop it with the info you need. Or are there no funds in the account (everything under 25$ wouldn´t be worth to do "all" this because as I said the ss alone will be between 10$ and 15$).
