You actually don't need to verify the Plimus account since it's only purpose is to collect money on your behalf. Just sign up with them and you can sell immediately.

Although Plimus is geared towards selling software, they have allowed for use to collect funds for anything virtual and online delivery as long as it is legal, ie no gambling or adult materials and the likes.

Unlike Paypal which has the Email Send method of sending money, with Plimus you need to do a little work by setting up a Product then using the generated link and giving that to your customers to pay you.

In fact, there was the age-old question about paying referrals which you can do with Plimus, ie when someone pays you, part of the money can be paid to someone else (technically your agents). The only thing is that they need to set up a Plimus account. Also, if the other party is a plimus account holder, you can transfer funds without fees to the other person and vice versa.

As for the Payoneer Mastercard, they will send you a physical Debit Card which you can use as an ATM or in the stores to purchase items. You can even use it to make purchases online. In fact, I have less problem using it then the ePassporte card which seems to be rejected in about 1/2 the places I try to buy from.

If you sign up for the Payoneer card on your own, you need to be from the US. However if you do it through Plimus, you can be anywhere in the world. Once you receive the Payoneer card, you can activate it. Only when it is first funded that it can be used. If you have a credit card, you can fund the Payoneer account and thereby start using it or you can wait for the Plimus funds to come then use it. Of course, when they receive the first payment, they will deduct the sign up fees and all that.

For more information, check out Plimus http://www.plimus.com and Payoneer http://www.payoneer.com

The last time I asked them, they do not have any problem with selling of services or links or anything to that nature. However, feel free to contact them via email. http://www.plimus.com/contacts.shtml

Last time I checked Plimus used activex so it only worked with IE. That means if you are selling products to tech savvy people who use firefox you will find that they can't use plimus to pay you. Even with IE you are prompted to download something before it works. I am sure most people will decline the download.

This is strange. I am using Firefox and have no problem with Plimus. I use it to sell my programs to the Mac Community too and have not heard of any problems.

There isn't any Activex to download, at least not for the last two years which I was with them.

No, 2checkout is not like Paypal. As the name suggest, 2Checkout is just a 3rd party payment processor (ie an online store checkout counter) which can collect money online from your customers on your behalf. Money only flows one way, Customer --thru 2checkout -- You

Paypal on the other hand is a revolutionarily new online financial platform which allows members to send and receive money to each other within the platform. If you receive money in Paypal, it goes into your Paypal account which you can then use to pay someone else within the network or withdraw it.

Yes , Many webmasters from Non paypal countries try various way to receive paypal fund. Some use fake address and other ilegal means to get paypal fund. Many thread here and there in webmasters forum to know how to get US bank account etc to open paypal account. Many scam artists are taking that chances .

Now at least some reliable way to get the paypal fund through plimus.com and 2checkout account

Well, if you apply a Payoneer card directly from Payoneer.com then you have to be a US resident to use it.

However, they have a special agreement with Plimus.com and they will support their vendors no matter which country you are from.

No. 2checkout.com is independent from Google Checkout. They provide the same feature that is acting as a 3rd party payment processor but they are not related.
