It's true, Websense cannot monitor https traffic so if you create a self-signed SSL and run your proxy on https, Websense won't be able to block it. However, a network administrator could manually block it.
Smart pricing can be removed but it's not easy. I ended up ditching adsense anyway now for my proxy sites, not worth the hassle.
Hmm adbrite doesn't make as much as google. I heard ypn does..just a pity they are only opened to US citizens =/

here are my stats for adbrite on my small proxy network (10) for October, I only use 1 add on the proxy page Ad zone views 496,408 Clicks 877 Ad revenue $55.68
too bad I'm only getting 0.06 cents a click, any one know how to increase my revenue per click with Adbrite?
