    I am offering this excellent Golf Niche, Great Name, Well Indexed and Linked, PR6 domain that just went through the update as a blog (I have the text files for the tips and such that were in the site but NO databse) It also had a forum which updated to a PR5!!!!

    All you need to do when you set your site up is to place a sub-folder up in your root and install a forum or whatever you would like and start with a well linked PR5!! A total BONUS!!!

    I placed a blog on the site an hour ago to show the PR but the only thing that is included in this sale is the domain ONLY

    Not to be smart but just for the heck of it, how can you bid on something that you don't even know the url for!!

    I have just received a bid on the other forum for 500.00 which is someone that replied in this thread here as well!

    Good move seo5000. As I told you, the domain has only 4 backlinks, one is PR4 and 3 are PR0. Next update, it will be PR1 at most....
    I can tell now, since it's over...Beside, it's sold on another forum, so....
