You can check buy sell section of this forum, but while buying make sure that is quality link they are not faking. Don't buy link from pages which contains more than 50 links.

Mmmmm.. I am not an expert in this field, however I know of 2 businesses, who got themselves into both Yahoo and business.com, both of which have high PR. That seems to have made a huge difference to their PR in turn. If you can get yourself into DMOZ.org...this should represent a big boost to you as well. The DMOZ registration process can be described as somewhat arbitrary to say the least! Post articles in high PR sites with good content (which will usually be the case of the Article Directory will not be high PR). You should get back links that way. Also, the relevancy of the back links will be good because your article will be on the page. Just DON'T submit the same article over and over again. Change it up, but still on-topic with good keywords. This will work.
