    Make a CSS stylesheet fit to my HTML form and earn 3 x $5!

    Goal: Make the form look nice - no restrictions. Use your own ideas and fantasy. You can slightly modify html file too.

    Prize: I'll pickup three winners of this contest and pay each of them $5 (Paypal only)

    End: Contest will end by Nov 6 00:00:00 CET.
