7,843 impressions 605 clicks, $19.60 Adsense is starting to piss me off!

You shouldn't pay much attention to alexa traffic placements. They seem to have a extremely high ratio of foreign traffic for all sites. I get well over 50% US traffic and Alexa says I have like 12% US traffic or something.

BTW: Adsense has really been sucking as of late, I'm averaging 3-4 cents per click, its digusting, maybe its time I moved on to YPN.

Even mine CPC was too low 0.13/click earlier it was 0.60/click.

Dont know what is happening........

I think so everyone are facing the same problem.

Is your adsense covered up.

i thought i was got worst cpc ratio, but see your earn, makes me feel im not the only one got the same problem. cheers

 

it increased to 0.3-0.4 cents per click, but for a dp member who is active on this forum pachecus seems very stupid for guessing my traffic quality,

hahaha i happen to have the same with one site. I had 1.2k clicks generating about 15$ ... lol

 

I have one site joining the crowd too. It used to be like $68 for that 700 clicks.
728 clicks, $15.82

 

Maybe your traffic come from low paying countries.

It's not about "quality content" as you say. The right word would be "topic", quality has nothing to do, it could actually be a duplicated page from some other site.

 

Perhaps you should switch over to a CPM based advertising and also taking CPC ads as well.

 

605 clicks thats alot in my opinion as I just started my blog not too long ago. But only 19.60, thats very disappointing. I though that its very unlikely/unlucky for a publisher like us to earn around 3 cents for 1 click ? Or am I wrong ?

 

Adsense is pissing me off aswell, my gamerslore site used to get 20-1 dollar clicks average, past week i have been getting 1-5 cents! What the hell, and its not just that site!

God i cant find a PPC network i like, widgetbucks but they dont pay yet and dont know if there legit

 

File hosting websites are popular amongst those who share bootleg software and videos. Not the type of crowd looking to purchase anything from your advertisers.

 

I have seen that adsense keeps a good track of how much THEY WANT TO PAY. I had stories where they just paid me the same money all over the month... though I was sending good traffic from adwords..

 

Adsense doesn't care about you. They get their money from the advertisers anyways.

 

Adsense text-block ads are on the way out. Try Square or Skyscraper ads with video or Image content.

Still plenty of advertisers paying $0.40-$0.70 per click on multimedia ads of the right format.

 

And yeah $19 in 600 clicks is horrendous! I average 7x what you describe and am not in a high-paying niche..

 

well im earning high with widgetbucks with 10% of the clicks i recieve on adsense on widgetbucks i earn 100$ aday, but if only widgetbucks had a smaller ad like a half of 468x60 banner, this will make me earn at least 500- 1000$ a day through widgetbucks.

 

Yup, AdSense has died on my main site too - from 20 cents or more average to 5 cents, even on my up-to-now highest-paying spot.
