its a myspace resource site. it targets comments and graphics

 

I am waiting for the earing stats. I am quite interested and will surely make a bid after seeing the earning stats.

Though I have some questions. If you can answer them it would be great:
1. What sort of advertising you did? fastclick/myspace?
2. Did you bought any links? If yes, for how much cost and for what time period? Are there any link exchanges? Any links which will be removed soon?
3. Do you run some other similar site as well? If yes, is that providing some traffic to this site?
4. Can there be any copyright issues with those images or any other content?
5. What script/language/database site is using? How difficult is to move it?
6. How difficult if I need to change the template/banners?

1. No paid advertising for the site
2. There are link exchanges on the site none which are expected to be removed soon although that would be up to you
3. The owner runs one other site with similar traffic that site might provide less then 100 visitors a day
4. No known copyright issues the owner is very picky about that.
5. Site runs off MSRS and is in PHP and uses no database. The site is easy to move just upload to your server and you're done.
6. Banners are easy to change just edit 4 files. Template would depend on your level of coding know how the current template uses 2 images and all text, colors ect are changed in the CSS file.

 

Ok here are the earnings proof for the site www.candycomments.com for last month (October) Earnings are actually higher then I originally quoted for adsense she does not have seperate stats for her two sites but this site is the larger of the two she owns and you can figure the earnings to be about the same as ValueClick or about $225 which puts this sites earnings at $450 per month total.

Hi everyone. I am the owner. I am asking for Jason's help because he knows what he's doing

It's a very unique msrs custom template. The ease of the script but looks nothing like the other sites. If you're wondering the need to sell it, just an illness I'm dealing with. I am very proud of this site. It is newer than my more established site, yet it is already very popular and is exceeding my other site in uv's already.

the header was custom made by me. i am a designer so there are many exclusive images, all graphics were purchased by other designers so no copyright issues...or made by myself.

i just uploaded over 200 new images to it last night. and all the content should be tagged (i say should because i may have missed just a few).

i would sell my other site, but its my very first project and website ever so its like selling your firstborn. lol. and i would say the adsense revenue comes mostly from candycomments.
