I did prior to the game too just b/c of their secondary being highly touted.

NE has far superior talent and coaching right now...I'm with you though go Colts!!

so who ever has the ball last wins or is NE better on D?

To me, NE cheats.. Good or not, they cheated, have been doing so for a while, and likely still are.. As far as I am concerned, they should be stripped of at least one win this season.

So which will cause more pain?
    • seeing Fav-rah self-destruct in front of the Lions?
    • My prediction being correct?
    • Or the actucal monkeys coming out of your butt?

    1. The Lions have not been a contender since Sanders...
    2. With all due respect, you have a better chance of predicting an earth quake in Detroit.
    3. Considering many think I have my head up my... The monkeys would be a comfortable change.

I'd rather see the Lion's sweep the Pack than win the Superbowl... Well, almost.

Lovie Smith feels the same way about the Bears.

    Look at his #1 goal:

I've never really developed a hatred for the Pack, although I looked at freaks in Grand Rapids and the U.P. that cheered for cheese with some disdaining confusion. Green Bay has great tradition and put to shame any major leauge team that bemoans their small market status. I used to despise the purple ones but that was because I think they beat my Lie-Downs 17 times in a row during my formative years. That hate has faded but my distaste for Ohio State and Notre Dame is pretty much in tact.

Do you guys think that New England was the only team that trys to steal signals from the other team? Well if so, NEWS FLASH! All teams in the NFL are always trying to get an edge over another team, and the Pats just got caught. This is not to say that it's not right, but they are not the only ones to do it, so there should not be some extraordinary punishment.

As far as the Pats Colts game this weekend, I think it's gonna be a true classic. My heart is with New England and I want them to win but I think that the Colts are going to pull out of this one with a "W". Firstly, the Colts are an extremely good home team, and the crowd noise can really get in your head if your the opposing team. I also think that the Colts have a slightly better defense as well. New England hasnt played any close games all this season, and it will be interesting to see them try to "run up the score" in Indy. Its gonna be a great game to watch. WARNING: If Brady gets the ball on the final drive with the game on the line, cancel all bets and take the Pats. :p

but even if every team or every other team does it, NE did it in such a way that is totally forbidden. If Roger "DROP the hammer against Players, but is soft on others", he should deal with coaches and organizations accordingly.

I actually thing NE has a slighty better D. I think the only way to stop Brady is to crush him but how many times has he been sacked this year????

Well all year Brady seems to be moving around the pocket forever...and they will have to send many different blitzes to kind of confuse him, but it will interesting to see how well Dwight Freeney can do against this Pats O-Line. As for Peyton Manning, you know Bill Belichik is has drawn up one helluva defensive plan for him.

The teams are so close, and so much the same that it's going to be one big chess match.

BB is a mastermind so doubt about that.

Cowboys actually pressured Brady a few time but when he throws 40 times or whatever 3 sacks ain't going to cut it. I think the number of times they've played Freeney, they'll have him dialed in!

Yea, when you throw 40 times 3 sacks isnt gonna cut it. But Peyton can really get his way around any defense that's what makes him so good. I think the Colts will be slightly leading much of the game, what I am looking for is Brady getting the ball on the final drive of the game with the game on the line, this is where he really thrives; he's a true clutch player who rises in up in adversity. If the Colts can control the time of possesion while leading the ball game, that's how I think they will win. Also, the opening drive for NE has ended up for a score all season, the Colts will be able to force the first three and out.

The difference between simply attempting to read signals, is that the Patriots employed a professional camera crew and experts in a combined and covert effort to intentionally cheat, and cheat perfectly every time. They have been doing it for several years, as evidenced by the Packers complaints last year.

I'd be willing to bet that NE put more money into their video cheating than they paid their entire coaching staff.

No one respects them anymore.. Regardless of their wins, and regardless of whether they are truly good or not, their wins are meaningless this season to all but a few seasoned biased fans...

Hey I predicted the Tigers were due about 2 years ago (they put it together about every 20 years) but I wasn't predicting this to be the best Lions team since the since the introduction of facemasks. Who do these Lions think they are, the Red Wings?
